- By themo-oil ovens, a gas or oil (gasoil) burner or an electric heater, heats the thermo-oil in the primary circulation circuit to which the ovens are connected. Each oven through the valve exchanges the heated and heated thermo-oil between the primary (pipeline) and the secondary (radiators) circulatory circuit and thus regulates the temperature in the ovens. Heat radiators are installed in the oven and are connected in the serial connection. The baking surface is located directly above the thermo-oil radiators and thus heated.
