The IBA Fair in Munich is the world’s largest bakery and pastry fair that brings together many bakery and pastry experts from all over the world every three years. This year’s Fair, held from 15. to 20. of September, introduced 1360 exhibitors from 48 countries worldwide. Numerous novelties were presented at the space of twelve large and content pavilions visited by 77 000 visitors from 167 countries around the world. In order to always keep up with world’s knowledge and experience, TIM ZIP delegation participated at IBA as the exhibitor for the third time. At a joint exhibition space of 72 square meters, two Croatian companies TIM ZIP and NAŠE KLASJE presented themselves to the bakery public. Booth 171 in Hall B4 was a traditional meeting point for important business partners of TIM ZIP, bakers and confectioner from Croatia and the regional countries interested in leading global innovation and technological achievements in bakery and confectionery. A rich daily offer of the sweet and salty products baked by TIM ZIP’s employees proved to be an excellent practice and an important contribution to the positive atmosphere and cordial welcome of the host.
