The third edition of the largest regional fair for bakery, pastry, and confectionery will take place on April 22 and 23, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Arena Zagreb.
Across more than 5,000 m² of exhibition space, around forty exhibitors from 11 European countries will present the complete production solutions: from raw material storage and controlled fermentation to final packaging and digital process management. In just two days, you will be able to compare different systems, speak directly with manufacturers, and receive concrete answers to questions from your own production.

The exhibitor line-up will also include leading Croatian and regional bakery and pastry companies: BREAD CLUB, DON DON (part of the BIMBO Group), EKOS CAKES, JAMI, PEČJAK, PEKAR VINKOVCI and ZAGREBAČKE PEKARNE KLARA, as well as ice cream producer PRI SUNCU, symbolically closing the circle between technology manufacturers and those who apply these solutions in everyday practice.
The program will be further enriched by content connecting expertise, experience, and future trends: a live show by master bakers from the International Richemont Club representing 10 European countries; the scientific-professional Symposium on the Future of Bread and Bakery titled “Modern Bakery: The Fusion of Tradition and Innovation” with Swiss RONDO being a sponsor; the 7th “Golden Hands” award competition for the best bakery and pastry creations sponsored by Austrian DIAMANT; and the presentation of the seventh professional publication in the TIM ZIP library, a book on snack products translated from German by graduate engineer Franjo Klarić.
